DESCRIPTION
Lake Boginskoe is considered to be a middle depth reservoir. There are 8 islands on the lake covering 0,325 sq.km. with low and sandy coastline. Lake Boginskoe is a circulation water reservoir.
Genetic type of the reservoir is eutrophic with the middle level of overgrowing.
Ichthyology fauna
Currently there are 22 fish species in the lake: bream, pikeperch, pike, eel, ide, asp, perch, roach, white bream, tench, silver crucian, golden crucian, carp, burbot, rudd, bleak, ruffe, gudgeon, spined loach, bullhead, bighead, catfish and other. Four of them are introduced – eel, carp, silver crucian, bighead.
