DESCRIPTION
The hollow is stretched from the southwest to northeast. Coastline is low (up to 0.3 m), sandy, peated in different parts, floating in the small northeastern bay.
Derange basin landscapes are very esthetically valuable. Pine forest covers almost all the territory of the derange basin. The reservoir and its attached areas are very picturesque.
Water transparency is 1,9 m. Chromisity is 15 grades.
Ichthyology fauna
Currently in the lake there are 13 fish species: bream, pike, eel, perch, roach, white bream, tench, silver crucian, golden crucian, rudd, bleak, ruff, sunbleak. Two of them are introduced – eel and silver crucian.

Located 20 km. northwest from Braslav, 3 km. to the east from Bystromovets village, northeast from Obab’e village.
